Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, vendor readiness, and other factors. You agree to be available to receive orders and to follow pickup/delivery instructions.

4) Marketplace model & vendor products
AfroVibes Worldwide may list products and services offered by independent vendors. Vendors are responsible for product descriptions, ingredients/allergens, preparation, and fulfillment. We do not guarantee vendor availability or that listings are error-free.
5) Orders, pricing, and payment authorization
When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, service fees, and tips. Promotions may have additional terms and may be modified or discontinued.
6) Delivery, pickup, and failed delivery
Delivery times are estimates. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of access, or unavailability to receive the order, the order may be considered completed and may not be eligible for a refund. You agree to follow reasonable delivery and pickup instructions.

7) Cancellations, refunds, and issue reporting
Refunds and credits are evaluated case-by-case based on order status, vendor confirmation, and the nature of the issue (e.g., missing items, quality concerns, delivery problems). Contact Support as soon as possible after delivery/pickup to report issues.
8) User content & reviews
You may submit ratings, reviews, photos, and other content. You grant AfroVibes Worldwide a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service, subject to applicable law.
9) Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, submitting fraudulent orders, harassing others, or violating any laws. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse.
10) Intellectual property
The Service, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by AfroVibes Worldwide or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as permitted by law or with written permission.
11) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided โas isโ and โas available.โ AfroVibes Worldwide disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, AfroVibes Worldwide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to us through the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
